The Children of Venus

Poetry

The Children of Venus

Inspired by Torso of Venus sculpture
You tear me
limb from limb,
and yet still I rise.
The stretch in my skin
scares you.
The way my stomach
pokes and sags
puts fear inside your soul.

You'll plead,
cry,
or maybe even scream
to taste the honey that drips off my skin.

Love like this makes you inebriated.
My legs will suffocate you and pull you into
euphoria.
Stars blazing through your mind
as you get full of my affection.
Who can make you feel this ecstasy
other than me?
